業務内容
The AI Governance team, acting as enterprise wide "Center of Excellence”, is the centralhub for expertise and best practices related to managing and overseeing the development and use of artificial intelligence (AI), ensuring ethical and responsible implementation across all AI initiatives within Japan.As an AI Governance Lead, your role is to execute a comprehensive framework for responsible AI development and deployment. This role combines risk management expertise with AI/ML knowledge to ensure ethical, reliable, and compliant AI solutions while enabling innovation across the organization.This role will allow you to have an overview of all AI related activities at, and it allows you to participate in end to end management of internal and external AI models/solutions, including Generative AI, in collaboration various stakeholders in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines of defense.Expected business impact:Ensuring responsible and ethical AI developmentReducing regulatory and reputational risksBuilding trust in AI systems across the organizationEnabling compliant AI innovationEstablishing industry leading governance practices#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

求められる経験
Technical requirements
Understanding of AI/ML technologies and development lifecycle
Experience in enterprise risk management and internal control
Knowledge of AI ethics principles
Familiarity with relevant regulations (GDPR, APPI, EU AI Act, Solvency II etc.) and group guidelines
Understanding of ML / AI model validation techniques and statistical testing
Experience with ML / AI model monitoring and documentation tools
Understanding of data privacy and security frameworks
Technical and professional skills:
Strong scientific education
Strong understanding of AI/ML life cycle
Strong understanding of Risk Management and Data Governance
At least 8 years (5 years or more of relevant experience)
Experience in following fields a definitive plus:
Risk Management, Data Science, Audit, Compliance, Data Engineering, Data Analytics
Soft skills and competencies:
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences
Demonstrate confidence in technical decision making
Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously
Result oriented with strong collaboration skills
Meticulous documentation
Appreciated: business level English (to conduct policy research and understand technical documentation). Japanese L2.documentation)
