Operating from a 120,000 sq. ft. facility at 9 Fenmar Drive in Toronto, our dedicated team is committed to delivering the highest quality products to specifications and on time.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team and lead key customer programs in the aerospace manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their expectations are met through clear communication, timely execution, and effective collaboration. You will oversee all aspects of program performance, including engineering coordination, quality assurance, cost control, and supply chain alignment — driving each program from initiation through successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all program-related matters with customers
  • Lead cross-functional program planning, reporting, and execution
  • Manage program scope changes, engineering issues, risk mitigation, and change control
  • Develop and maintain integrated milestone charts and risk mitigation plans
  • Monitor program progress and take corrective action when necessary
  • Identify and manage program risks — including industrial and geopolitical factors
  • Chair recurring program reviews focused on customer satisfaction and internal KPIs
  • Forecast and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets
  • Oversee RFQ process and lead commercial negotiations
  • Drive cost optimization and support the company’s financial and operational goals
  • Ensure programs are compliant with AS9100 and all regulatory/customer standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Program Management role within the aerospace manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of build-to-print manufacturing processes (machining, special processes, assembly)
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and scheduling tools
  • Strong customer relationship and communication skills, including experience working with executive-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines, risks, and deliverables
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of AS9100 standards and Controlled Goods / ITAR / Export Compliance

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • PMP certification and/or MBA considered an asset
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) preferred

Soft Skills & Values:

  • Collaborative mindset with strong leadership presence
  • Customer-focused and results-driven
  • Strong problem-solving and influencing skills
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
  • Ability to empower others and lead by example
