You will be part of our Talent Attraction Operations team which provides operational support to Talent Attraction function, based at our Tokyo Office.
The team has a broad scope of responsibility across the TA spectrum and is dedicated to supporting delivery and continuous process improvement of various talent attraction teams in Asia. You will partner with recruiting managers, recruiters and collaborate with our Talent Attractions Team based in Manila, India, China and Japan.
You will perform a range of administrative tasks in support of service operations processes. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to – initial screening of applications, scheduling interviews and post-interview decision meetings, gathering availability from candidates and assessors, supporting the organization of events and managing communication with multiple candidates as well as creating reports. You’ll also maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant information in our candidate tracking system and use various recruiting-related tools.
You will also execute pre-defined / script-based administrative support processes, including performing error-free administrative responsibilities on the assigned areas of responsibilities, conducting day-to-day problem solving and process administration, and consistently seeking ways to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and operational excellence through a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
You will organize, manage, and share information, including people data, including working with data / sensitive information using different systems and tools. You will be the first point of contact for queries related to assigned areas of responsibility within the scope of your role. You will proactively search and share knowledge, know when to ask questions, and direct inquiries to the right individuals, as well as ensure accurate data entry in applicant tracking and in case management systems.
You will support process excellence, including supporting project implementation by adopting new processes and identifying opportunities for further improvements.
You will contribute to people excellence including working collaboratively; supporting colleagues in times of heavy workload, providing cover whenever needed, driving personal development needs and identifying ways to address them with the support from leadership, and proactively creating and developing strong professional relationships with various members of TA and People Operations community.
