Your job:

• Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders (customers, advisors, and various employees).

• Provide superior customer service, in person, over the phone and via email.

• Carry out analysis of client accounts with a view to activities related to the development of the business of wealth management advisors.

• Carefully carry out operations related to investment accounts.

• Open customer files and keep them up to date.

• Coordinate the advisors' schedules, make appointments and prepare meetings with clients.

• Ensure compliance and risk management rules are respected.

Your team:

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment brokerage firm in Canada. We have nearly 1,000 investment advisors managing the assets of more than 400,000 clients in approximately 100 branches. Prerequisites:

• College diploma completed in a field related to the sector of activity

• A minimum of one year of experience in a relevant field such as banking, customer service or in an administrative role

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 

• Sense of organization and priority management
