Overview ADHC Creative Design Project Manager role at Anaheim Ducks. The Creative Design Project Manager is a full-time position that blends hands-on creative expertise with strategic project management to support the creative team and the broader marketing group. The role reports to the Associate Creative Director and acts as a bridge between the creative team and cross-functional departments, translating business goals into design solutions, managing priorities, and fostering collaboration to ensure alignment across initiatives. The annual base salary range for this position in California is $85,000 to $105,000 per year. The starting pay depends on factors including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations. Responsibilities Manage projects for the creative team—overseeing timelines, milestones, and approvals to ensure high-quality execution through project management tools Contribute to the design and production of creative materials across digital, print, in-venue, and experiential platforms for the Anaheim Ducks Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives in a project brief for review of new requests Oversee resource allocation and project tracking to balance priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Facilitate communication and foster collaboration among team members throughout the project lifecycle Provide regular project status updates to the Associate Creative Director and other stakeholders Ensure brand consistency is applied to all collateral and creative materials to maintain brand integrity Coordinate with internal and external designers, copywriters, and production teams Assist in proofreading and reviewing deliverables for accuracy and quality Assist with maintaining organized project documentation and asset libraries Stay up to date on design and project management trends and emerging technologies and incorporate them into the team’s work Provide regular reporting on departmental output and project management insights Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience 4-6 years of graphic design experience, preferably within a sports or related industry Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and comfortable with digital design tools Knowledge of project management tools and systems such as Microsoft Planner, Projects, or Asana Knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design principles Knowledge of Figma a plus A portfolio that demonstrates a range of skills from print to digital, including merchandise design Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under the direction of the Associate Creative Director and alongside designers Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Creative thinker with the ability to deliver outstanding design and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience or willingness to work in the entertainment or sports industry is a plus Able to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines Knowledge, Skills, And Experience Education - Bachelor’s Degree Experience Required – 4+ Job Details This position is on-site.
