Job Description

1. Serve as the communication bridge between the company and the distributor.
2. Handle client orders and coordinate internal communications and shipping matters.
3. Maintain distributor relationships.
4. Attend regular and ad hoc meetings with the distributor, assist with coordination, and provide meeting minutes to the sales supervisor.
5. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Language: Native Japanese, intermediate English (business-level preferred)
